Congressman Chandler Responds to Dr. Paul's Comments on Civil Rights

Today, Congressman Chandler issued a statement:
"Dr. Paul's words are insulting, unacceptable, and literally tear at the fabric of our nation. The Civil Rights Act is one of the fundamental underpinnings of today's society and is firmly rooted in the equal protection clause of the U.S. Constitution."
