U.S. Rep. Ben Chandler, D-Ky., center, along with Michael McCall, president of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, and Bluegrass Community and Technical College President Dr. Augusta Julian, toured the Winchester-Clark County Campus of BCTC Tuesday. The tour included the Bluegrass Children’s Academy, where they watched Meredith Boone, background, and Harley VonBerhen nap. Chandler was visiting the facility to see how funds  from a $335,000 grant he secured for BCTC were used. Improvements to the campus from the grant included a new passenger van, science lab equipment and computer equipment.
